We accept exchanges and returns for most products within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Free from stains, odors, or damage
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., undergarments, face masks, or custom-made items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you prefer, we can issue a store credit or voucher for future purchases.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt for the refund to reflect.
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the product is defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, Kokudé will cover the cost of sending the replacement item once we receive your return.
International returns may incur customs duties or courier fees, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kokudefashion.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll prioritize replacements or full refunds immediately.
All returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after your package is received and inspected by our team.
